Shoot Four - Straight Images

This teddy could represent the owners childhood as this is typically something that a child would own. The fact that it is a dog could suggest that the owner loves dogs. I enjoy the way that it has been positioned to sit like a dog as well to give an element of realism to the image.

This image of a lipstick implies that whoever owns is it interested in make up. The hot pink colour conforms to the stereotype of femininity and 'girlyness'. The image as a whole conforms to female stereotypes, even though the only subject in this image is a lipstick.

Both of these images feature pieces of jewellery, however they are very different in design. The first image is a plain black choker, which suggests that this is an everyday, casual item of wear for the owner. The second image, however, shows a sparkly ring which could be a more sentimental and expensive piece of jewellery.

The earphones in this image are bright pink which, again, conforms to the stereotypical feminine colours. This could represent how even a simple object such as earphones can be feminised and altered to fit the societal gender stereotypes.

This image shows a Pandora bracelet which is filled with different charms. The charms on this bracelet seem to have a theme of silver and pink shades, and there are a lot of floral details. This gives the bracelet an elegant and feminine look to it.
